计算机硬盘磁道定位机构是计算机硬盘中的一个十分重要部件 .快速、准确地读取计算机硬盘上宽度为μm级的磁道信号是计算机硬盘磁道定位器设计和制作中的关键课题 ,对提高硬盘存储信号密度和读取时间有着重要意义 .文中利用多层片式压电陶瓷微致动器制作了适合计算机硬盘磁头二级定位用的磁道定位机构 ,并对该定位器的驱动性能进行了分析和研究 .
Computer hard disk track positioning mechanism is a very important part of the computer hard disk.Fast and accurate reading of the computer hard disk track width of the μm level is the computer hard disk tracker design and production of a key issue in improving the hard disk storage signal Density and time of reading are of great significance.In this paper, a multi-chip piezoelectric ceramic microactuator is used to fabricate a track positioning mechanism suitable for two-stage positioning of computer hard disk heads, and the driving performance of the positioner is analyzed and studied .
