目的评价瓠子乙醚提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法以噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测不同浓度瓠子果肉和瓤乙醚提取物培养的肿瘤细胞OD值,分析其对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞、结肠癌HCT116细胞、白血病CCRF-CEM细胞和肺腺癌A549细胞的体外生长抑制作用。结果瓠子果肉和瓤乙醚提取物对MDA-MB-231和HCT116细胞增殖无明显抑制作用,对CCRF-CEM和A549细胞增殖有一定抑制效果。瓠子瓤乙醚提取物对CCRF-CEM细胞的IC50值为12.23 g/mL,对应丙酮提取物的IC50值为29.05 g/mL;瓠子瓤乙醚提取物对A549细胞的IC50值为83.56 g/mL,对应丙酮提取物的IC50值为75.22 g/mL。结论瓠子乙醚提取物对肿瘤细胞增殖有一定抑制作用,有效成分及作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor effect of E. juncea ether extract in vitro. Methods The OD value of tumor cells cultured in different concentrations of fruit pulp and wolfberry ether extract was detected by MTT colorimetric method. The MDA value of MDA-MB-231 cells, colon cancer HCT116 cells, and leukemia CCRF-CEM cells were analyzed. Inhibitory effects of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells in vitro. RESULTS: The results showed that there was no obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 and HCT116 cells, and the proliferation of CCRF-CEM and A549 cells was inhibited. The IC50 value of the ether extract of Gardenia jasminoides was 12.23 g/mL for CCRF-CEM cells, 29.05 g/mL for the acetone extracts, and 83.56 g/mL for the ether extracts of Gardenia jasminoides. The acetone extract had an IC50 value of 75.22 g/mL. Conclusion The ether extract of Fructus Gardeniae can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells. The effective components and mechanism need to be further studied.
