妇科阴道出血为临床常见病。笔者自拟处方益气缩宫汤用于治疗月经过多,人工流产术和产后阴道出血的治疗及康复。临床应用10年来取得显著疗效。本文究其益气缩宫汤的制备及近年来临床80例疗效观察总结于下。1 处方与制备1.1 处方 黄芪 15kg、柴胡 3kg、升麻 3kg、当归 6kg、生蒲黄 6kg、枳壳 18kg、生五灵脂 12kg、益母草 18kg、贯仲 12kg、焦山楂 12kg。
Gynecological vaginal bleeding is a common clinical disease. The author has self-made prescription Yiqi Shugong Decoction for the treatment of menorrhagia, artificial abortion and postpartum vaginal bleeding treatment and rehabilitation. Clinical application has achieved remarkable results in 10 years. In this paper, the preparation of Yiqi Huogong Decoction and the clinical observation of 80 cases in recent years are summarized below. 1 prescription and preparation 1.1 prescription Astragalus 15kg, Bupleurum 3kg, Cimicifuga 3kg, Angelica 6kg, Health Puhuang 6kg, Citrus aurantium 18kg, Health Wulingzhi 12kg, Motherwort 18kg, Guanzhong 12kg, Jiaoshan wolfberry 12kg.
