On December 26 at the 2016 National Petroleum and Chemical Vocational Education Teaching Steering Committee Working Conference, “Chemical Education ” 13 “Reform and Development Planning Opinions” was officially released. The Opinions require that 20 training and training bases, 12 key vocational education groups and 14 collaborative innovation centers for applied technologies be established through cooperation between schools and enterprises by 2020 so as to promote the deep integration of education and teaching. “Opinions” put forward six requirements for school-enterprise cooperation,
