据中共中央《关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》精神,加强高校工会能力建设的重要性、必要性,联系高校工会实际,提出了新形势下高校工会必须加强五种能力建设:即提高讲大局、讲政治的能力;提高建设民主政治的能力;提高维护教职工合法权益的能力;提高做好群众工作的能力;提高理论创新、体制创新、工作创新的能力;在此基础上,还提出了加速能力建设的若干对策。
According to the CPC Central Committee’s “Decision on Strengthening the Building of the Party’s Ability to Govern”, the importance and necessity of strengthening the capacity building of trade unions in colleges and universities are pointed out.
