目的探讨硫辛酸注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法对120例DPN患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),在良好控制血糖基础上,治疗组用硫辛酸注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗,对照组使用甲钴胺注射液联合香丹注射液治疗,疗程均为30d。结果在疼痛、感觉异常、腱反射和神经传导速度的改善四个方面,治疗组的疗效均明显优于对照组。两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗DPN疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of lipoic acid injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 120 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases), on the basis of good control of blood glucose, the treatment group with lipoic acid injection combined with alprostadil injection, the control group using cobalt Amine injection combined with Xiang Dan injection treatment, treatment were 30d. Results In the four aspects of pain, sensory abnormalities, tendon reflex and nerve conduction velocity improvement, the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid injection and alprostadil injection for the treatment of DPN significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
