采用HPLC法测定了胆宁片中大黄酚和大黄素—6—甲醚的含量,前者标示了对大黄的定量分析;后者成分系同大黄和虎杖两味中药的贡献。为能正确地反映虎杖中该成分的含量,本研究通过对原药材大黄中的大黄素—6—甲醚和大黄酚的含量比值(F),以及胆宁片中该两成分的含量,推导了一个计算公式,以计算虎杖中大黄素—6—甲醚的含量,由该公式所测得的数据再经实验验证,证明本公式切实可行,并为中成药中同时存在二味具有相同有效成分的分别定量提供了一条新的分析途径。
The HPLC method was used to determine the content of chrysophanol and emodin-6-methyl ether in Daning Tablets. The former indicated the quantitative analysis of rhubarb; the latter consisted of the contribution of the two herbs of rhubarb and giant knotweed. In order to accurately reflect the content of this ingredient in Polygonum cuspidatum, the present study deduces the content ratio (F) of emodin-6-methylether and chrysophanol in the original medicinal rhubarb and the content of the two components in the Daning Tablet. A calculation formula was used to calculate the content of emodin-6-methyl ether in Polygonum cuspidatum. The data obtained from the formula was verified by experiments to prove that this formula is feasible, and that the simultaneous presence of two flavors in proprietary Chinese medicines has the same effect. The separate quantification of ingredients provides a new analytical approach.
