民营医院因存在发展时间短、投资主体复杂、政策扶持有限等多种因素,医院管理良莠不齐,其所占医疗市场比例很小,在医疗服务市场尚未形成应有的气候和医疗特色。本课题调研以辖区民营综合门诊部以上医疗机构为主,采用查阅监管档案和问卷调查相结合方式,发现辖区民营医院在药品管理方面存在药品采购不够规范、质量制度执行不严、药学服务有待提高等问题,引发了监管部门加强民营医院药品管理思考,倡导卫生、药监、医保等多个部门的通力合作,通过鼓励民营医院加入药品集中采购平台、启动民营医院药剂规范化建设工作、提高民营医院的药学服务水平、开展医药分开试点工作等多种举措,共同保障人民群众的用药安全有效。
