管材超声波横波检测中,沿管材外圆做周向扫查的横波检测是检测的主要方式。为使周向检测简洁、准确,必须根据管材结构制定合适的检测工艺;要实现纯横波探伤,必须对管材结构做限定;在可以纯横波探伤时,最重要的就是根据被检管材的结构确定探头K值。通过声路分析,确定了管材纯横波周向检测的条件,同时给出探头K值的选择依据。
In ultrasonic transverse wave detection, the transverse wave detection along the outer circumference of the pipe is the main method of detection. In order to make the circumferential inspection concise and accurate, it is necessary to formulate a suitable inspection process according to the pipe structure; in order to achieve pure transverse wave inspection, the structure of the pipe must be limited; when pure transverse wave inspection is possible, the most important one is to determine the structure of the pipe Probe K value. Through the sound path analysis, the condition of the pipe pure shear wave circumferentially testing is confirmed, and the selection criterion of the probe K value is also given.
