[目的]建立一种快速检测霍乱弧菌O1群、O139群、非O1非O139群及是否产毒株的方法。[方法]以霍乱弧菌的外膜蛋白基因(ompW)、编码O1群O抗原基因(O1rfb)和编码O139群O抗原基因(O139 rfb)、霍乱肠毒素A亚单位基因(ctxA)为目的基因,建立一种多重PCR方法对霍乱弧菌进行检测和分型。[结果]根据相关基因携带情况分为6种型别,并分产毒株和非产毒株。以该法对140株霍乱弧菌分型结果与血清学诊断结果相一致,而其它弧菌和肠杆菌等均未检出相关基因。[结论]该方法快速、特异,可应用于霍乱弧菌的检测和分型。
[Objective] To establish a rapid method for detecting Vibrio cholerae O1, O139, non-O1 non-O139 and producing strains. [Method] With the outer membrane protein gene (ompW) of Vibrio cholerae, O1 rfb gene encoding O1 group, O139 rfb gene encoding O139 group, and ctxA gene of cholera enterotoxin A gene (ctxA) , To establish a multiplex PCR method for Vibrio cholerae detection and typing. [Result] According to the related gene carrying status, it was divided into 6 types and divided into producing and non-producing strains. According to this method, the typing results of 140 V. cholerae were consistent with the results of serodiagnosis, but none of other Vibrio and Enterobacteriaceae genes were detected. [Conclusion] The method is rapid and specific and can be applied to the detection and typing of Vibrio cholerae.
