This paper briefly introduces the composition and working principle of FTSC slab continuous casting mold in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and puts forward how to judge the abnormal process parameters and process conditions of pouring process from the thermal image, which provides relevant guidance for the operator to timely adjust the operation.
