近几年,我国高技术产品出口比重提高很快,从1999年的12.7%提高到2002年的20.8%和2003年的25.2%,2004年进一步提高到27.9%,年均提高3个百分点左右。按照现在的提高速度,我国年高技术产品出口比重很快将位居世界前列。同时,据信息产业部数据,2003年我国电子信息产业实现销售收入1.88万亿元,折合2200亿-2300亿美元,超过同期日本信息产业销售收入,跃居世界第二。对此需要有正确的认识。
In recent years, the proportion of China’s exports of hi-tech products has risen rapidly, from 12.7% in 1999 to 20.8% in 2002 and 25.2% in 2003 and further to 27.9% in 2004, an average annual increase of about 3 percentage points. In accordance with the current rate of increase, the proportion of China’s exports of high-tech products will soon top the world. In the meantime, according to the data from the Ministry of Information Industry, in 2003, China’s electronic information industry achieved sales revenue of 1.88 trillion yuan, equivalent to 2,200 billion -23 billion U.S. dollars, surpassing the sales revenue of Japan’s information industry in the same period and ranking the second in the world. This requires a proper understanding.
