为全面做好市十四届人大三次会议确定的“深化体制机制改革,推进全国科技创新中心建设”代表议案督办工作,更好地借鉴外省市科技创新经验,6月8日至11日,市人大常委会副主任孙康林带队赴深圳市就科技创新情况进行了为期四天的深入调研考察。期间,调研组与深圳市人大常委会、深圳市科技创新委员会开展了座谈交流,实地走访了华为、腾讯、蛇口网谷、深港产学研基地、南山智园、柴火创客等企业和园区,本文为此次调研成果之一。
In order to comprehensively do a good job in supervising and handling the motion of “Deepening the reform of the system and mechanism and promoting the construction of the national science and technology innovation center” as delegated by the Third Session of the 14th National People’s Congress of the city, and better learn from the experience of scientific and technological innovation in other provinces and municipalities, June 8 to 11 Sun Kanglin, deputy director of the Municipal People’s Congress, led a delegation to Shenzhen for a four-day in-depth investigation and study on technological innovation. During the visit, the research team conducted informal discussions with the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee and the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission and paid visits to enterprises and parks such as Huawei, Tencent, Shekou Net Valley, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Production and Research Base, Nanshan Garden, This article is one of the research results.
