短短5个月时间,虚开抵扣税款发票金额近4.5亿元,给国家造成损失近4200万元。昨天,公安部和国家税务总局督办、陕西省建国以来最大的虚开抵扣税款发票案在渭南中级人民法院宣判,被告人郭辉平、曹石平、李富祥、姚永利犯虚开用于抵扣税款发票罪,分别被判处无期徒刑、有期徒刑15年、12年、有期徒刑3年缓刑4年。
