以T15高速钢粉末作表面硬化材料,采用粉末吹送方式用2kW的CO_2激光器将粉末涂覆在工具钢表面。研究了扫描速度、供粉量、激光功率及后处理等对涂层形状、组织、成分及硬度的影响。试验结果表明:采用粉末输送方式可通过调整工艺参数有效地控制涂层的几何形状;激光快速熔凝的T15粉末高速钢中没有δ共析体和共晶菜氏体,组织超细化;涂覆T15粉末高速钢可以获得超高硬度的涂层,在工具及模具表面强化领域有良好的应用前景。并有可能为粉末高速钢的应用开辟一条新的途径.
Using T15 high speed steel powder as the surface hardening material, the powder was coated on the surface of the tool steel by a powder blowing method using a 2 kW CO 2 laser. The effects of scanning speed, powder supply, laser power and post-treatment on the shape, microstructure, composition and hardness of the coatings were investigated. The experimental results show that the coating geometry can be controlled effectively by adjusting the process parameters by using the powder transportation method. There is no δ eutectoid and eutectic ruthenium in T15 powder high-speed steel with rapid laser melting. Cover T15 powder high-speed steel can get ultra-high hardness coating, mold and tooling in the field of strengthening the field of good prospects. And may open up a new way for the application of powdery high speed steel.
