介绍了准分子激光器在眼科屈光手术中的应用及治疗原理,分析了激光腔体大小、激光工作频率高低、环境温度变化以及人为因素等对准分子激光器能量稳定性和手术效果的影响,阐述了无能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪的系统组成和工作原理。根据自动控制原理,提出了提高准分子激光器能量稳定的设计方案,详细叙述了有能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪的控制原理。试验和应用都表明,有能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪在2小时的工作时间内,激光输出能量能稳定在5%以内,结果令人满意。
The application of excimer laser in ophthalmic refractive surgery and its treatment principle are introduced. The effects of laser cavity size, laser operating frequency, ambient temperature and human factors on the energy stability and surgical effect of excimer laser are discussed. The system composition and working principle of an excimer laser refractive instrument without energy stabilization system. According to the principle of automatic control, a scheme of improving the energy stability of the excimer laser is proposed, and the control principle of an excimer laser refractive instrument with energy stabilizing system is described in detail. Experiments and applications have shown that the laser energy output of the excimer laser refractive power therapy system with energy stabilization system can be stable within 5% within 2 hours of operation, with satisfactory results.
