调水调沙实验是小浪底水库生产运行之后黄河上的一项重大治黄实践,先后进行的9次调水调沙实验对黄河下游河道水沙关系的调节以及冲刷下游河道取得明显的效果。黄河花园口是调水调沙实验最重要的控制断面之一,其数据作为小浪底水库调水调沙的重要水文依据。文章利用花园口水文站2002~2007年小浪底水库调水调沙试验期间的实测水位、流量、含沙量、大断面资料,通过对上游来水来沙情况、断面水位~流量关系、同流量级水位变化、测验河道过水能力、洪水传播历时进行分析计算,来有效研究小浪底水库调水调沙的运用对花园水文站测验河段的不同影响,探寻花园口河道特性及其洪水演进规律。
Water and sediment regulation experiment is a major Yellow River practice after the production and operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir. Nine water and sediment regulation experiments conducted successively on the lower Yellow River to regulate the relationship between water and sediment and scour the lower reaches of the river have achieved remarkable results. The Yellow River Huayuankang is one of the most important control sections for water and sediment experiments. The data of the study serves as an important hydrological basis for water and sediment regulation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir. Based on the measured water level, flow rate, sediment concentration and large-section data of Xiaolangdi Reservoir during the experiment of water and sediment from 2002 to 2007 in Huayuankou Hydrological Station, the relationship between water level and flow in the upper reaches, Water level changes, test watercourse crossing water capacity, flood propagation duration analysis and calculation, to effectively study the Xiaolangdi Reservoir water and sediment control of the hydrological station test of the different impact of Huayuankang, Huayuankou channel characteristics and its evolution of the law.
