目前应用的塔机都不能自由改变重心,所以随着起重机吊重(型号)的增大,其轨距相应增大。我们设想一种新式底盘,它能自由改变起重机的重心。当起重机吊起重物时,靠近重物边的支腿承载增加,其对边的支腿承载减小。若移动起重机的重心,使之靠近承载小的支腿一边,则能改善支腿受力情况,并提高起重机的安全性。其原理如图1(俯视图)。用销连接在底座上的四个支腿朝底座内伸出一段,其四个末端用四个油缸连接起来。移动重心时四个支腿绕其销转动。由于铁轨限制了轮子轨距方向的位移,所以,起重机的位置
The tower cranes currently applied cannot freely change the center of gravity, so as the lifting weight (model) of the crane increases, the gauge of the crane increases accordingly. We imagine a new type of chassis that can freely change the center of gravity of the crane. When the crane lifts a heavy object, the load on the leg near the weight edge increases, and the load on the opposite leg decreases. If the center of gravity of the crane is moved so that it is close to the side of a small supporting leg, the force of the leg can be improved and the safety of the crane can be improved.
