“Cultural Globalization ” is a very heated topic in the academic debate. To understand this issue, we must study the concept and characteristics of culture. The objective trend of world cultural development - the reason of cultural globalization and its reasons; To strengthen the building of an advanced culture for all our ethnic groups and to oppose cultural hegemony and cultural preservation are the strategic choices for maintaining and developing our own national culture.
