目的:对2010年西宁地区秋冬季婴幼儿病毒性腹泻病例进行监测,分析青海省A组轮状病毒主要流行株。方法:采集婴幼儿腹泻病例粪便标本,实验室采用巢氏PCR方法对标本进行A组HRV检测。结果:25例A组轮状病毒感染病例中G3型14例,G9型11例,分别占阳性病例的56%和44%。结论:2010年西宁地区婴幼儿腹泻病例中检出G9型A组轮状病毒,近年来各地报道较多的G9型A组轮状病毒将要或已经成为青海省重要的流行株。
Objective: To monitor the infants with viral diarrhea in autumn and winter in Xining in 2010 and analyze the major epidemic strains of group A rotavirus in Qinghai Province. Methods: Stool samples were collected from infants with diarrhea in infants and young children. A nest HRV was used to detect group A samples by using the nested PCR method in the laboratory. Results: Among 25 cases of group A rotavirus infection, 14 cases were G3 type and 11 cases were G9 type, accounting for 56% and 44% of the positive cases respectively. Conclusion: G9 type A rotavirus was detected in cases of infantile diarrhea in Xining in 2010, and G9 type A rotavirus reported more frequently in recent years is or will have become an important epidemic strain in Qinghai Province.
