10月12日,国家科技部、广东省政府、深圳市政府在第九届高交会期间举行新闻发布会,正式对外公布三方在今年4月签署的《共建国家创新型城市框架协议》内容。在此框架协议下,三方的共建内容包括:进行战略研究,三方共同搭建发展战略研究平台,探索建设创新型城市、创新型省(区)和创新型国家的共性理论;
On October 12, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Shenzhen Municipal Government held a press conference during the Ninth Session of the Hi-Tech Fair to formally announce the contents of the “Framework Agreement for Building a National Innovative City” signed by the tripartite parties in April this year. Under this framework agreement, the tripartite components include: carrying out strategic research, jointly setting up a platform for the development of strategic research and exploring commonalities theories for building innovative cities, innovative provinces (districts) and innovative countries;
