烷化剂损害输精小管,引起睾丸萎缩,少精,无精及不育的事实已为人所共知,它对睾丸间质细胞的损害则报道甚少。本文报道3例男性患者使用烷化剂后发生睾丸间质细胞功能失调及乳房发育。3例患者中2例使用环磷酰胺,1例使用半乳糖醇(galactitol);在用药后6月至1年内相继出现性欲减退,胡须减少,睾丸萎缩及双侧乳房发育。实验室检查发现卵泡刺激素(FSH)为37~90mIU/ml(正常5~15mIU/m1),黄体生成素(LH)为37~120mIU/ml(正常5~15mIU/ml);均明显高于正常。血睾酮水平则在正常低限。以上结果表明患者不仅存在输
The fact that alkylating agents damage the seminiferous tubules and cause testicular atrophy, oligospermia, azoospermia and infertility has been well known and its damage to testicular stromal cells is poorly reported. This article reports the dysfunction of testicular stromal cells and breast development in 3 male patients after using alkylating agents. Cyclophosphamide was used in 2 of 3 patients and galactitol in 1 patient. In the first 6 months to 1 year after treatment, there was a decrease of libido, beard reduction, testicular atrophy and bilateral breast development. Laboratory tests showed that follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) was 37-90 mIU / ml (normal 5-15 mIU / m1) and luteinizing hormone (LH) was 37-120 mIU / ml (normal 5-15 mIU / ml) normal.
