人们常说没有爱就没有教育。爱是师生交往的粘合剂,爱是学生成才中的助推器。作为班主任,要懂得热爱学生,教师的爱与理解可以使学生感到温暖、关怀,感到自己的重要性,感到人生的价值,既而从内心中产生一种强大的向上力,最终成才。相信大家都听过罗森塔尔效应,又叫皮格玛利翁效应,这是一种期待的效应,更是一种爱的效应。通过这种效应,我们能真切地感到班主任爱的重要性,真有点石成金的作用,真有化腐朽为神奇的力量。
People often say that there is no education without love. Love is a bond between teachers and students, love is a boon to students. As a class teacher, to know how to love students, teachers love and understanding can make students feel warm, caring, feel their importance, feel the value of life, and thus from the heart to produce a powerful upward force, and eventually become successful. I believe we all have heard Rosenthal effect, also known as the Pygmalion effect, which is an expected effect, but also a kind of love effect. Through this effect, we can really feel the importance of teacher love, really a bit of stone, really become the decaying magic power.
