根据国家的统一招生计划,我厂自1986年以来,连续8年向张家口技校、安徽局技校、湖北局技校等地质技工学校选送新生141人,其中内招生114人,占80.9%;社招生27人,占19.1%。这样,有效地缓解了地处大西北边远地区的我厂职工子女的就业困难,是所在地子女就业问题解决得最好的单位之一。从上面的数字可以看出,内招生占了相当部分的比例,那么这种内招方式究竟如何呢,笔者在此发表点个人的看法。
