据国内媒体近日报道,我国在研制新一代护卫舰时需要突破八大关键技术,才能使新一代舰船的研制达到或接近世界先进水平。文中只提到声隐身技术、抗冲击技术、应用新型高强度钢及其焊接技术这三项,后面的五项并没有提及。综合各方面的消息和我国已掌握的技术来分析,下面五项新技术应该已应用到新型舰船的建造之中:强大的综合反潜能力、舰体表面隐身设计及吸收雷达波涂层技术、国产数据链及—体化数字综合作战技术、球艏主动中频声呐和拖曳式线列阵声呐技术、全柴联合(CODAD)动力技术等。正是因为应用了这八项高新技术,“江凯”级护卫舰才获得了全新的作战能力,该舰及其改进型因而成为中国海军水面护卫舰艇的经典战舰。
