授予厦门特区立法权的议案,已在不久前结束的八届全国人大二次会议上获得通过。据了解,由福建省36名代表联署的此项提案,在案据中列举了需要厦门拥有立法权的6项理由,其中与台湾有关的占4项。 作为台商在大陆投资密度最大的地区,厦门特区享有立法权对保护台商投资的合法权益、促进两岸经贸往来具有怎样的意义?法律专家、全国人大代表、厦门市人大常委会副主任张斌生说:
The motion of awarding the legislative power to the Xiamen Special Economic Zone was passed at the Second Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress, which was recently concluded. It is understood that this proposal, jointly signed by 36 representatives of Fujian Province, listed in the case 6 reasons for requiring Xiamen to have legislative power, of which 4 were related to Taiwan. As Taiwan’s largest investment density in mainland China, Xiamen Special Economic Zone enjoys the legislative right to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwanese businessmen and promote economic and trade exchanges across the Taiwan Strait.
