为了解国外著名出版机构或期刊收取论文处理费用的情况,利用中文百度和英文谷歌学术搜索引擎进行检索。结果发现:国外出版机构或期刊收取论文相关费用有较长的历史,目前大部分传统出版社和期刊都收取论文发表相关的费用,其中以收取制图费和制表费为多,部分或完全开放存取的期刊则都收取高额的费用。国外收取版面费的实践可以给我国制订版面费收取规范提供启示。
In order to understand the handling fees of the famous foreign publishing agencies or periodicals, the article uses the Chinese Baidu and English Google academic search engines to search. The results showed that: foreign publishers or periodicals received a relatively long history of related papers, most of the current traditional publishing houses and journals are published papers related to the publication fee, which in the collection of cartographic fees and tabling fees for more, partially or completely open Access to the journals are charged a high fee.
