目的分析2011-2013年内江市蝇种构成、季节消长及不同生境蝇密度构成情况,为做好蝇类防治提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法进行蝇密度监测,对监测的数据使用Excel 2003和SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果 2011-2013年共捕蝇11 263只,平均蝇密度为27.81只/笼,不同年度蝇种群之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.304,P>0.05),优势蝇种主要为大头金蝇(4 759只,构成比42.25%),密度高峰在8~10月,不同生境中蝇密度差异无统计学意义(F=3.850,P>0.05),但不同生境不同蝇种密度之间的差异有统计学意义(F=5.595,P<0.05)。结论内江地区蝇密度高峰在8~10月,大头金蝇为优势蝇种,不同生境中不同蝇种密度不同。
Objective To analyze the composition, seasonal fluctuation and density of fly species in Neijiang from 2011 to 2013, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of fly infection. Methods The flies density was monitored by cage induction method. The data of monitoring were analyzed by Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0. Results A total of 11 263 fly flies were collected from 2011 to 2013, with an average fly density of 27.81 / cage. There was no significant difference in the annual flies population between the two groups (F = 0.304, P> 0.05) (4 759, the ratio was 42.25%). The density peaked from August to October. There was no significant difference in density of flies in different habitats (F = 3.850, P> 0.05), but the difference in density among different flies There was statistical significance (F = 5.595, P <0.05). Conclusion The flies density in Neijiang area peaked from August to October, and the golden flies were dominant flies. The density of different flies in different habitats was different.
