2011年临盘能源管理站利用油井远程监控平台,打破油井开采区块的限制,采用以机采井单耗为标准,结合动液面、节点效率、冲程、冲次、功图、原油粘度、功率因数、功率平衡度及日耗电等数据,进行综合分析,筛选出56口高单耗机采机。并针对高单耗井开展综合治理工作,取得良好的效果。综合治理后不仅提高了机采井的管理水平,单耗指标得到有效控制,而且增加了产量,节能管理水平显著提高。
In 2011, Linpan Energy Management Station used oil well remote monitoring platform to break the limitation of oil well mining block. Based on the unit consumption of oil recovery wells and the combination of dynamic liquid level, node efficiency, stroke, impact, work diagram, crude oil viscosity, Power factor, power balance and daily consumption of electricity and other data, a comprehensive analysis of selected high-pressure machine consumption of 56 machines. And for the well-well-well comprehensive management, and achieved good results. After the comprehensive management, not only the management level of the well for production wells is improved, the unit consumption index is effectively controlled, but also the output is increased, and the energy-saving management level is significantly raised.
