初中数学学科是一个培养学生理性思维的主要学科体系,所以教师要树立起良好的教学意识,不单纯的对学生的基本数学解题技能做培养和教学工作,还要从每个学生个体的综合数学思维做一定的导入教学。当然,由于初中学生的年龄特点,导致师生关系的相互有效互动在数学课堂教育工作中占了很大一部分比重。新课程改革背景下,教师应该多去尝试一些新鲜的教学手段,把主要的数学教材问题做教学导入,让学生尝试自主学习相关内容,然后在师生互动的过程中进行精确科学的学习和解读,最终教师作出较为合理的教学评估,推动学生在导学互动中的定义和地位明确化,为初中数学高效课堂打造做好铺垫。
