为减少锰的用量,苏联科学研究院黑色冶金机械研究所和黑色冶金机械化科学生产联合公司提出,在磨矿机中用低合金耐磨钢热轧衬板代替110Γ13Л高锰钢铸造衬板。热轧衬板的制造工艺是第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克彼得罗夫冶炼厂开发的。三套热轧衬板在克里沃罗格中心修理厂和米哈伊洛夫采选公司修理厂进行了热处理。不同衬板的工业试验是在米哈伊洛夫、英古列茨和卡奇卡纳尔采选公司的第一段磨矿机中进行的。米哈伊洛夫采选公司是MⅢP40×50型球磨机;
To reduce the amount of manganese, the Soviet Academy of Sciences Institute of Black Metallurgy Machinery and Black Metallurgical Mechanized Science Production Joint Company proposed in the mill with low-alloy wear-resistant steel hot-rolled lining instead of 110Γ13Л high manganese steel casting liner. The manufacture of hot-rolled linings was developed at the Petrov Pfeiffer in Dnepropetrovsk. Three sets of hot-rolled linings were heat-treated at the Kryvyi Rih central repair shop and the Mikhailov workshop. Industrial tests on different liners were carried out in the first mill at the mining company Mikhailov, the British Forgments and the Catch Kanal. Mikhailov mining company is M Ⅲ P40 × 50 ball mill;
