在社会经济飞速发展、全球化趋势日益加强的大背景下,社会对人才质量的要求也越来越严苛,传统的人才培养模式已经不能够满足社会需求,因此改革并创新高等学校人才培养模式,使之与时代相适应成为现阶段最重要的话题。培养高素质创新性人才是当前高等学校的重要使命,设计艺术教育更是如此。本文通过分析当前我国高等艺术教育人才创新型培养的重要性,对如何创新艺术设计人才培养模式做出了一些探讨,值得深思。
