文章运用文献资料法、实地调查法和试验对比法,对某高校女生练习太极拳前后的生理机能状况及心理影响进行对比分析,研究发现:长期坚持太极拳锻炼对大学女生的神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、运动系统、心理因素及经期的调理等方面有着良好作用,文章旨在为我国普通高校女大学生中积极开展太极拳普修课提供一些理论参考和现实依据。
By using the methods of literature review, field survey and comparative test, the author makes a comparative analysis of the physiological functions and psychological effects of Taijiquan before and after the college students practice. The results show that long-term adherence to Taijiquan exercise can improve the nervous system, cardiovascular System, respiratory system, digestive system, sports system, psychological factors and menstrual conditioning and so on. This article aims to provide some theoretical references and practical basis for the active development of Taijiquan general courses among female university students in our country.
