新课标把中长跑项目1500米或1000米(男学生)、800米(女学生)教学,实际上优化成了耐久跑教学。笔者认为,要改变中学生耐力体能下降的现状,教师应重视对耐力体能教学的认识,要打破田径场跑圈的教学手段,合理安排锻炼负荷,用科学的理论指导学生,关注学生身体耐力体能锻炼兴趣的培养,关注学生耐力体能锻炼自主性的培养,关注学生身体耐力体能锻炼的成就感,将有效的锻炼手段用于教学,吸引学生,让学生在一种轻松的环境下主动地进行耐力体能锻炼。
