小型农田水利工程具有非常重要的保障和促进作用其不但能够促进我国农村经济建设和农业发展水平的提高,同时还能够进一步的维护社会稳定,在保障民生方面也发挥着积极的作用。小型农田水利工程在我国的现代化农村经济发展中扮演了非常重要的角色,对于促进我国农村经济的发展、维护社会社会稳定、保障正常的农业生产发挥了不可替代的作用。作为农业发展的先决条件,小型农田水利建设是保障农业可持续发展的关键性因素,基于此,本文对于小型农田水利工程管理问题进行了探讨,并提出了相关的建议,希望对以后的具体工作起到一定的参考作用。
