运用文献资料法等对中学生课外体育活动现状及影响因素进行了分析。旨在通过了解中学生课外体育活动的现状,从中发现其存在问题,为推动学校体育的深化改革提供经验借鉴和理论依据。体育场馆设施及运动器材缺乏是阻碍学生参加课外体育活动的首要因素。“无时间”是制约学生参加课外体育活动的重要因素。
Using the method of literature and information to analyze the status quo of secondary school students’ extracurricular sports activities and the influencing factors. The purpose of this study is to find out its existing problems by understanding the current situation of extracurricular sports activities for secondary school students, and provide experiences and theoretical basis for further deepening the reform of school physical education. The lack of gymnasium facilities and sports equipment is the primary factor hindering students from participating in extracurricular sports activities. “No time ” is an important factor restricting students to participate in extracurricular sports activities.
