采用正交设计考察了液体摇瓶培养平菇菌种过程中,培养基C/N、pH、摇床振荡频率、光照强度等理化因子对菌丝生长量的影响,建立有参考价值的液体摇瓶培养平菇菌种的培养条件指标:摇床振荡频率90r/min(往复式摇床),培养基碳氮比50~70:1,pH5~7,黑暗条件。对液体摇瓶过程中糖的作用及培养液pH的变化进行了研究。通过液体菌种和固体菌种应用的对比试验,建议菌种厂推广液体摇瓶培养技术生产菌种,并将液体菌种和固体菌种结合应用,发挥液体菌种菌龄一致、生活力强和固体菌种保存期长的优点。
