目的探讨眼睑基底细胞癌的临床治疗方法 ,观察患者术后复发,随访生存情况。方法选取2011年1月至2013年1月我院32例眼睑基底细胞癌患者,对其进行组织学或临床分型,再根据分型,选取治疗方法。结果 32例眼睑基底细胞癌患者通过系统的治疗,术后复发的患者为3例,复发率为9.375%,5年内死亡的患者4例,病死率为12.5%。结论根据研究报告,及时确诊,尽早治疗,使用手术、化疗、放疗的综合治疗的方法可以有效的降低眼睑基底细胞癌患者复发率和病死率。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid and observe the recurrence and follow-up of the patients. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013, 32 patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid in our hospital were selected for histological or clinical classification. According to the typing, we selected the treatment method. Results 32 cases of patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid were systematically treated. The recurrence rate was 3. The recurrence rate was 9.375%. Four patients died within 5 years and the case fatality rate was 12.5%. Conclusion According to the research report, timely diagnosis, early treatment, the use of comprehensive treatment of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and mortality of patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid.
