目的:探讨16层螺旋C T诊断不同程度冠状动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法:随机抽取我院在2011年12月到2012年12月期间收治的32例例行16层螺旋CT诊断不同程度冠状动脉狭窄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对本组患者16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影情况进行分析,分析16层螺旋CT在不同程度冠状动脉狭窄的诊断价值与临床价值。结果:与选择性冠状动脉造影相比,16层螺旋C T图像诊断冠状动脉,其中50%以上狭窄的特异度、敏感度、准确度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值分别为83.22%、83.16%、95.36%、89.33%、95.13%。结论:16层螺旋C T诊断不同程度冠状动脉狭窄简便、无创、安全的冠状动脉成像方法,尤其是对于50%以上冠状动脉狭窄患者,其诊断准确率更高。“,”Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 16slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.Method: randomly selected from our hospital in 2011December to 2012 December treated 32 cases ofdiagnosed cases with 16 slice spiral CT in patients with different degree of coronary artery stenosis were retrospectively analyzed, in this group of patients with 16 slice spiral CT coronary angiography were analyzed, the analysis of 16 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and clinical value of different value the degree of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion: 16 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis ofcoronary artery stenosis of coronary artery imaging method is simple, no invasive, safe, especial y for more than 50% of the patients with coronary artery stenosis, thediagnostic accurate rate higher.
