目的探讨软衬材料应用于全口义齿的临床效果。方法选择2007年6月至2009年6月沈阳市和平区牙病防治所修复科就诊牙槽嵴固有条件差的无牙颌患者68例,分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。试验组采用热凝软衬材料制作总义齿,对照组采用常规热凝树脂材料制作总义齿。随访观察6个月~2年。结果经过6个月~2年的随访观察,热凝软衬材料的舒适度、咀嚼功能恢复均优于常规热凝树脂材料,固位改善也明显优于常规热凝树脂材料,且与黏膜的密合度更好。但组织面不易清洁,清洁度较常规热凝树脂材料差。试验组成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙槽嵴固有条件差的牙列缺失者,应用热凝软衬材料修复可获得良好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of soft lining material on complete denture. Methods Sixty-eight edentulous patients with poor conditions of alveolar ridge treated in the Department of Dentistry, Heping District, Shenyang, from June 2007 to June 2009 were divided into experimental group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with thermal-setting soft lining material to make total denture, and the control group was to use general thermal-curing resin material to make total denture. Follow-up observation of 6 months to 2 years. Results After 6 months to 2 years of follow-up observation, the thermal comfort soft lining material comfort, chewing function recovery are superior to the conventional thermosetting resin material, retention is also significantly better than the conventional thermosetting resin material, and mucosal Better fit. However, the tissue surface is not easy to clean and the cleanliness is worse than the conventional thermosetting resin material. The success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions For patients with missing dentition with poor inherent condition of alveolar ridge, good clinical effect can be obtained by applying thermal-setting soft lining material.
