路桥施工企业财务管理即是在施工前后全过程中对资金筹措、资金分配、利润流向等财务活动进行管理。其最终目的是保证满足施工项目中的资金需求,并且通过有效管理最大限度地节约成本,减少资源浪费,从而提高企业利润。本文首先论述了提高路桥施工企业财务管理水平的必要性,随后分析了我国现路桥施工企业财务管理中存在的问题,并结合问题,有针对性地提出了相关的解决建议。
The financial management of road and bridge construction enterprises means to manage the financial activities such as fund raising, fund allocation and profit flow before and after construction. Its ultimate goal is to ensure that the funding needs of the construction project are met and corporate profits are maximized through effective management of maximum cost savings and reduced waste of resources. This paper first discusses the necessity of improving the financial management level of the road and bridge construction enterprises, then analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of the road and bridge construction enterprises in our country, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions according to the problems.
