本文研究专业领域差异性对应急组织间合作关系的影响,采用层级回归研究方法。结果表明,专业领域差异性显著负向影响合作关系:专业领域差异性显著负向影响沟通质量、信息分享、沟通参与;沟通行为在专业领域差异性与跨组织合作关系的关系中起完全中介作用;任务不确定性会显著降低组织间专业领域差异性与信息分享、参与之间的负向影响,但任务不确定性对组织间专业领域差异性与沟通质量之间的调节作用不显著。
This article studies the influence of different professional fields on the cooperation among emergency organizations, and adopts the method of hierarchical regression. The results show that there is a significant negative impact on the cooperation in the field of professional differences: the differences in the professional fields have a significant negative impact on the quality of communication, information sharing and communication; the communication acts as a complete intermediary between the differences in the fields of specialization and the inter-organizational cooperation ; Task uncertainty can significantly reduce the difference between the field of inter-organizational expertise and the negative impact of information sharing and participation, but the role of task uncertainty in the inter-organizational differences in professional disciplines and communication between the regulatory role is not significant.
