Autumn is the most beautiful season in Beijing. It is my pleasure to meet you all together in Beijing in this beautiful season to jointly launch the prelude to the “2015 Beijing Human Rights Forum.” Since its inception in 2008, the “Beijing Human Rights Forum” has reached its eighth year this year . Over the past eight years, the Beijing Human Rights Forum has grown from scratch and has become an important means by which the Chinese people make more friends and expand multilateral exchanges. It is also an important platform for people in the world who love human rights and love peace to communicate with each other.
