通过动力学分析和Adams动态仿真,对中国改进型百万千瓦级压水堆(CPR1000)压水堆控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)步进载荷进行计算。结果表明,通过Adams动态仿真可以得到CRDM提升过程和下插过程中钩爪、销轴、可拆接头等部件的步进载荷值,所得值与工程经验相符;提升和下插过程中最大步进载荷出现在可拆接头处;同时销轴的步进载荷值较大,应注意销轴的材料选择与设计;水力缓冲对下插步进运动有重要的缓冲作用,能够减小下插过程的步进载荷。
Based on the dynamic analysis and Adams dynamic simulation, the step load of CRDM cylinder of China’s improved CPR1000 pressurized water reactor was calculated. The results show that by Adams dynamic simulation, the stepping load values of claw, pin, detachable joint and so on during CRDM hoisting process and inserting process can be obtained. The obtained values are consistent with the engineering experience.
