目的 :探讨MRU在儿童先天性泌尿道畸形中的应用价值。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0例儿童先天性泌尿道畸形患者 ,采用快速自旋回波 (TSE)行MRU检查 ,并与IVP和手术结果对照。结果 :肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄 9例 ,输尿管下端狭窄伴巨输尿管 7例 ,输尿管下端盲端、输尿管囊肿、神经性膀胱、后尿道瓣膜伴双侧输尿管返流各 1例。MRU的原始图像及MIP图像清晰地显示梗阻的部位及程度 ,结合常规MRI ,诊断符合率达 90 %。结论 :MRU这一无创性水成像技术 ,能显示无功能性肾脏的集合系统。在儿童先天性泌尿道畸形诊断中有重要作用。
Objective: To explore the value of MRU in children with congenital urinary tract deformity. Methods: Twenty patients with congenital urinary tract deformity were retrospectively analyzed. MRU was performed by rapid spin echo (TSE) and compared with IVP and surgical results. Results: The ureteropelvic junction stenosis in 9 cases, lower ureteral stricture with giant ureter in 7 cases, lower ureter blind end, ureterocele, neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve with bilateral ureteral reflux in 1 case. MRU original image and MIP images clearly show the location and extent of obstruction, combined with conventional MRI, the diagnostic accuracy of 90%. CONCLUSIONS: MRU, a non-invasive water imaging technique, shows a collection system of non-functioning kidneys. In children with congenital urinary tract malformations have an important role.
