目前市场上的商品硅粉有三种形态:粉状硅粉、加密硅粉和硅粉浆。硅粉形态对优质混凝土,特别是高强度28天及更长时间的抗压强度、抗冻性能以及抗渗性能、抗氯化盐侵蚀性影响的试验成果专家们有不同的认识。硅粉形态对新拌混凝土性能(如坍落度和含气量)的影响,也在讨论之中。从所获取的试验成果来看,本文笔者认为没有理由提倡或反对应用某种特定形态的硅粉。因为发现这三种不同形态的硅粉,不管是哪一种形态的硅粉混凝土,其性能均无重大差别。在小浪底工程中,为了解决硅粉的供应问题和提高混凝土品质,就专门地做过加密硅粉与粉状硅粉的对比试验。
There are three forms of commercial silica fume currently on the market: powdery silica fume, silica fume and silica fume. Specimens of silica fume differ in their knowledge of test results for high-quality concrete, especially for compressive strength, frost resistance and impermeability, and resistance to chloride attack, of high strength for 28 days and longer. The effect of silica fume morphology on fresh concrete properties such as slump and gas content is also under discussion. Judging from the test results obtained, the author of this article does not think there is any reason to advocate or oppose the application of a particular form of silicon powder. Because found these three different forms of silicon powder, no matter what kind of form of silica fume concrete, no significant difference in performance. In Xiaolangdi project, in order to solve the supply problem of silicon powder and improve the quality of concrete, specially made silica powder and powdered silicon powder comparative test.
