为实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的战略目标,积极推进全省的初级卫生保健工作,最近,黑龙江省政府举办了领导干部初级卫生保健讲习班,来自全省各行署、市县的84名主管卫生工作的专员、市县长和卫生局长参加了讲习班的学习。初级卫生保健工作是关系到人民健康基本建设的大事,需要各级政府领导同志的参与和支持,需要全社会共同承担责任。在讲习班上,卫生部医政司司长张自宽同志对我国初级卫生保健开展情况
In order to realize the strategic goal of “Health care for all in 2000”, we actively promoted primary health care in the province.
