1939年12月,正当第五期学员毕业不久,我校奉命第二次东迁至山东办校,培训干部。这时任命周纯全为校长、司令员,韦国清为副校长、副司令员兼训练部长、参谋长。何长工同志留下准备合并于挺进敌后的抗大总校,黄欧东同志调任129师宣传部长,他的职务由李培南接任。在这又一次东迁途中,都是由韦国清同志协助周纯全同志指挥胜利完成了长途行军的任务。记得其间有三次遇到险恶的敌情,都在周纯全、韦国清同志沉着指挥下转危为安,把我们这支数千人的“秀才”部队顺利带到了目的地。一次是过了平汉铁路,一夜走了一百多里,人困马乏,突然平原各村群众拖儿带女在野外狂奔乱跑.说是日本鬼子出来扫荡了。幸亏129师
