培养学生具有良好的心理素质是素质教育的目标之一,当前我国大多数学生存在不同程度的由各种因素造成的心理障碍。造成学生心理障碍的因素很多,仅就学校而论,主要有学校教育体制、教师和学生本身等。为了克服对学生造成心理障碍的教师因索,对教师提出了新的要求:更新观念、掌握新的教育理论、善于沟通,深入了解学生等。
Cultivating students with good psychological quality is one of the goals of quality education. At present, most students in our country have different levels of psychological barriers caused by various factors. There are many factors that cause students’ psychological disorders. Only in terms of schools, there are mainly the school education system, teachers and students themselves. In order to overcome the teacher’s psychological barrier to the students, the teachers put forward new requirements to teachers: updating their concepts, mastering new educational theories, being good at communication and understanding students.
