目的分析实施国家基本药物制度前后本院抗菌药物使用情况。方法对本院2010年上半年和2011年上半年西药房的药品消耗数据进行统计,在药品品种、销售金额、用药频度方面进行比较。结果抗菌药品种数未增加,销售金额大幅下降,用药频度有明显增加。结论实行国家药物制度后,药品价格有明显下降,但在抗菌药物管理中仍有许多问题值得关注。
Objective To analyze the use of antibacterials in our hospital before and after the implementation of the national essential drug system. Methods The data of drug consumption of western pharmacy in the first half of 2010 and the first half of 2011 were statistically analyzed and compared in terms of drug varieties, sales amount and frequency of medication. Results The number of antibacterial drugs did not increase, the amount of sales dropped significantly, medication frequency increased significantly. Conclusion After the implementation of the national drug system, the prices of medicines have obviously dropped. However, there are still many problems worthy of attention in the management of antimicrobials.
